Individuals required access to expert career advice and practical guidance in all aspects of job search, from beginning effective job search campaigns and creating effective CVs to supporting successful interviews.
Solution
Working Transitions delivered a tailored career support service, enabling individuals to identify transferable skills and positively market them to other suitable NHS roles. We supported leavers to navigate the external job market, approach new opportunities and move on successfully.
We provided access to group workshops on CV Writing and Interview Techniques to share tools, tips, and practical advice and create a network among their NHS colleagues.
We delivered confidential one-to-one career coaching sessions with an experienced career coach, providing expert guidance on various topics, including career aspirations, CV review, feedback on their LinkedIn profile and interview support to increase personal and professional confidence.
The Snapdragon Career Hub provided 24/7 access to a wealth of online resources and interactive career tools, including a CV builder and AI interviewer.
