An experienced CEO in the HR tech sector, Simon took over the helm at Empowering People Group and AdviserPlus in 2023.
He’s passionate about empowering organisations and individuals to make work simpler and more meaningful. His vision is to simplify and enhance employee experiences, setting new standards in HR technology and enabling people to thrive in the digital age.
Steve Hinchliff
Chief Financial Officer | Empowering People Group
Steve is an experienced chartered accountant with a diverse background in finance, operations, private equity and M&A across the professional servcices, software and media sectors.
He has a proven track record of, and strong commitment to, simplifying complex financial and operational issues in order to deliver practical solutions and support to businesses and their stakeholders.

Julian is an experienced entrepreneur, CEO and PE Chairman in the areas of Business Services Education, Recruitment and Training. He is an Operating Partner with Limerston Capital. Julian is currently Chairman & NED for EPG and other businesses in the Adult Education and Skills arena.
