Rena Christou
Group CEO | Empowering People Group
Rena took over the helm of Empowering People Group in 2026 as our new Group CEO. Rena will now be responsible for aligning all HR and legal advisory services across the group to create a more connected experience for our clients.
Rena is an experienced employment lawyer, the Managing Director of our legal division, Halborns, and trusted adviser to global clients. She has helped shape a culture of innovation at Halborns that breaks the traditional employment law firm mould.
Steven Hinchliff
Chief Financial Officer | Empowering People Group
Steve is an experienced chartered accountant with a diverse background in finance, operations, private equity and M&A across the professional services, software and media sectors.
He has a proven track record of, and strong commitment to, simplifying complex financial and operational issues in order to deliver practical solutions and support to businesses and their stakeholders.
Julian Harley
Chairman | Empowering People Group
Julian is an experienced entrepreneur, CEO and PE Chairman in the areas of Business Services Education, Recruitment and Training. He is an Operating Partner with Limerston Capital. Julian is currently Chairman & NED for EPG and other businesses in the Adult Education and Skills arena.
Dave Holley
Chief Customer Officer | Empowering People Group
Dave Holley, previously Director of Professional Support at AdviserPlus, has taken on a new role as Chief Customer Officer for EPG. Dave will focus on group strategy to advance customer success, enhancing customer experience and service excellence throughout the customer journey.
Jim Charvill
Chief Technical Officer | Empowering People Group
Jim Charvill is a new appointment, joining the group as Chief Technical Officer for EPG, bringing a strong background in transformation and cutting-edge software development. In this new role, Jim will drive the next phase of innovation across our market-leading technology, including the continued development of our AI capabilities, strengthening EPG’s ability to deliver future-ready solutions for our clients.
